Eligibility for Refunds You may request a refund within 2 days of purchase if: The product was incorrect (wrong flavor, size, or custom request). The item was damaged or spoiled upon pickup or delivery. There was a quality issue clearly related to our preparation process (e.g., underbaked, burnt, or stale). To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned partially or fully, and the issue must be reported within the 2-day timeframe. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds are not issued for: Orders that were picked up late or not at all. Changes of mind after ordering or consuming the product. Errors caused by incorrect details submitted by the customer (e.g., misspelled names, wrong dates). Customized or made-to-order items unless the problem was caused by our error. Complaints made more than 2 days after receipt. Store Credit Option In some cases, we may offer store credit in lieu of a refund. This can be used within 30 days on any in-store purchase and is non-transferable.
